Huawei P10 Lite VS Huawei P8 Lite: What’s the difference?

Must read

In this day and age when mobile phones are becoming more of a necessity with each passing day, attaining the right hand set and the right electronic device that not only suits your needs and desires, but also does not weigh down on your budget, is extremely important. People are generally very picky when it comes to choosing their mobile phones and that is extremely justified. This is because nowadays, the most time you will spend with anyone or anything in particular, is your electronic device, i.e. mobile phone so it only makes sense to get something which you can adjust to easily, and can tolerate for long periods of time.

This obsession of mobile phones has reached such heights, that people are now found using their devices in official meetings, school classrooms, bathrooms and toilets, the kitchen, even at funerals and weddings, and it is not going away anytime soon. People are going to such extents that when asked about what their top three picks would be if they were isolated on a secluded island and had only three items or people to choose from. Most times, people answer with mobile phone and charger, such is the immensity of this obsession.

Luckily, Huawei is a company which has a wide range of products, including mobile phones that are not only extremely affordable, but with greater innovation and new features in each of the models it comes out with. Huawei Technologies was founded in 1987 by Ren Zhengfei, with initial focus on manufacturing switches for phones. Over the years, it has expanded its operations into building networks for telecommunication, providing services for consultancy and operations as well as equipment to country within and outside of China. As of September 2018, Huawei has around 188,000 employees with 76,000 of them indulging directly in Research and Development. Huawei has taken its products and services to over 170 countries and is fast becoming one of the greatest telecom operator.

The distinctive difference between these two products comes in every small specification it possesses, right from the camera quality which is a must have for mobile users, right down to the display size and resolution. Similarly, the internal memory space that is provided by Huawei P10 Lite is approximately twice the size of Huawei P8 Lite, which can become a huge case of concern since people are oft bombarded with the pop up notifications of memory shortage, and warnings of low memory space. Therefore, when considering your choice of mobile phone, look into this aspect carefully because it can become an unwanted menace. Another major difference is that in the price of both mobile phone. The Huawei P8 Lite’s price in Pakistan is Rs.20,499 while the Huawei P10 Lite is around Rs.31,999, which is almost a 10,000 rupees jump from one mobile phone to the other. For many users, the price is the defining factor, because although their heart may pine over another phone, perhaps with better features and specifications, their budget may not allow them to cater to their desires, and that is something which must be considered beforehand. However, personally, I would suggest saving up a tad bit longer so you can accumulate the amount for the Huawei P10 Lite, because in all aspects, it appears to be a better phone. The launch dates also suggest a two year difference which does account for a great deal. At the end of the day, whatever you choose to buy, make sure to love it so you can enjoy it. Cheers!
